Our Trainers

Cassidy DuHadway

(She/They)

I specialize in trauma, attachment, and women’s issues, aka anxiety and not-enoughness. I am really good at helping cleints get through all the crap on top and figuring out what is going on underneath. I help you understand it and explore it, then move through your healing journey to fully accept yourself.

Trevor Hardcastle

(He/Him)

Therapy is meant to fit your needs. I embrace an integrative approach to psychotherapy. I started practicing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2002. Over the years and through training, I have developed specialized treatments to address complex challenges. My hope is to help people heal and grow in their lives and relationships. My approach includes kindness, humor, sound strategy, and skill implementation.

Michael
Kuffel

(They/Them)

I guide professionals in becoming self-aware and ethically-competent helpers. I bring specialized training and experience working with LGBTQIAP2S+ clients. In whatever context, I am strongly committed to empowering and supporting others to know themselves more fully, to have relationships with deeper intimacy, and to know the richness and beauty of life in all its abundance.
